Our Story
Quality Assurance Services was founded by Tina White, BSW, MBA/HCM who has over 20 years of social service and medical experience. She began constructing the blueprint in 1993, as a Medical Assistant.
Over the next six years, she worked for such well-known healthcare organizations as Group Health Plan (GHP) Health Center and BJC Health Center.
Armed with newly minted undergraduate degrees in hand, Tina went to work as a social worker for the former St. Louis Connect Care Health Centers, where, as Lead Social Worker, she oversaw two health centers.
When Grace Hill Health Centers acquired Connect Care, Tina continued with the newly formed organization, while earning a Master of Business Administration and Healthcare Management degree. Within two years of receiving this designation, Tina was fast-tracked to the demanding role of Director of Community Health.
Programs, where she led multiple departments, including Nursing, Dental, Maternal Child Case management, Homeless Services, Public Housing, and Mobile Dental Services for the homeless.
In 2012, knowing that it was time, Tina fearlessly ventured out with that same readiness of spirit and mind that she brings to everything she does. She now owns 2 Homecare companies and started a non-for-profit to further assist the disabled and elderly, a role for which she is equipped. She moves beyond routine homecare and looks at the individual’s entire life.
